Denise graduated in 2004 at the ACTA in Amsterdam. Janneke finished her dentistry study in 2009. By coincidence they followed the same post grad. Implantology study at the University of Columbia NY. In 2007 Denise started her own practice and in 2014 their paths crossed. They shared the same vision and passion for dentistry. Janneke took over a dental practice and they decided to merge their practices together.
‘Being a dentist is such a nice profession because on one hand we really get to bond with our patients, because we see them at least on a yearly basis. We see young children grow into adults. On the other hand there are so many specializations within this profession so it always remains interesting. There is always more to learn.
Our strength is that during our career we continued to develop ourselves in every aspect of the profession. We perform all treatments ourselves, from regular visits, root canal-treatments and fillings, to dental implants, cosmetic treatments with Digital Smile Design or clear aligners such as Invisalign. Because of our wide knowledge we are able to keep the overview of the treatment plan, while maintaining the personal contact with our patients. The patient’s wish and need is key in the treatment plan.
If a treatment has to be done by a specialist, such as a dental surgeon, endodontist or an orthodontist, we have a tight network in which we can refer to get you the best care. Since 2021 we have our dental lab in house. This makes it possible to have dental ceramics ready within one day so visit’s get reduced to one day and there is no need to make a provisional tooth.
Special attention goes to children and people with anxiety for dental treatments. We strive to gain their trust and send them out with a smile.
Denise lives with her family in Amstelveen. In her she leisure time she likes yoga, her little camping house, snowboarding and to travel.
Janneke lives in Abcoude with her family. In her leisure time she likes hockey, singing, skiing and to dance every once in a while.
