Our method for scheduling, changing or cancelling appointments

  • Schedule appointment

    If it is not convenient for you to call or email, or if the practice is closed when you wish to schedule an appointment, please fill in the form below and we will call you back at a time convenient for you. That way you don’t have to remember to call us.

    If you would rather call us yourself or send an email, please check our contact page for our opening hours.

  • Courtesy email reminder

    We send you an email before your scheduled appointment to help remind you about it. You are still responsible for being at the appointment on time.

  • Cancelling or changing an appointment

    You can cancel or change your appointment (by phone or email) up to 48 hours in advance without incurring any charge (Friday afternoons, weekends and national holidays excluded).

    For example: If you have an appointment on Monday morning, you can cancel or change the appointment for free until Friday morning (unless that Friday happens to be a national holiday).
