What personal information do we need?

By using the website and the services available on it, you leave certain information with us. This also happens in our dental practice when we execute the medical treatment agreement. We only keep and use the personal data that is entered by you directly or of which it is clear that it is provided to us to process. Depending on the service you use, we may collect the following information via the website:

– Insurance details (name of insurance company, insurance number, commencement date of insurance);

Data from minors up to 16 years

Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. However, we can not check if a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. Sharing personal data with third parties

For proper handling of the administration and invoicing we share your personal data and what has been declared with Infomedics. Like us, Infomedics is very careful with your data. Please note: here too, your file with professional information is confidential, we never share this information with third parties without your permission, not even with Infomedics.
